  5. There is one freely available PC utility that can do this, but it requires
  6. 24bit targa files for some reason.  TGA2FLC.ZIP ...available in various
  7. places.

  9. None of your Amiga tools can help you to do this directly.  You should look
  10. into getting our ImageFX package.  We read and write FLC files directly on
  11. the Amiga amongst other things.
